We’ve been busying perfecting this summer time smoothie.
To be fair, we did it once, and were like dang…we’re good.
1 cup of Mixed Strawberries, Kiwi, and Pineapple (we used frozen because IT’S REALLY WARM OUTSIDE)
8oz of Coconut Milk (if you’re more of a coconot…that’s ok use Almond Milk or Milk or really whatever you like, you’re choice)
1 Scoop of Silver Star Nutrition Natural Whey Protein
BLEND IT..THEN DRINK IT
