Also, I’m sorry that was terrible, BUT THESE OATS AREN’T!

Overnight Oats!
These oats have to be assembled from bottom to top.

¼ Cup Oats
Scoop of Silver Star Nutrition Chocolate Active
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
½ Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
½ a Banana

Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight. THEN wake up and get super excited about your breakfast. Top with walnuts (almonds or pecans or really you can skip this step) and blueberries (or raspberries, blackberries, ANYTHING YOU’D LIKE) and enjoy!
