Protein Cheesecake



We went extra fancy this week with Protein Cheesecakes!

12 Ounces of Cream Cheese
12 Ounces of Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Sweetener is your choice (We Used Honey)
2 Scoops Silver Star Nutrition Vegan Vanilla Protein
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Preheat your oven to 325. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Line muffin tin with muffin liners and fill about 3/4 full with batter. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until tops are slightly brown. Allow to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve!
