This #TasteBudTuesday is a good one!!
Banana Protein Muffin
1 large ripe banana
1/2 C. low fat greek yogurt
3/4 C. oats
5 egg whites
2 scoops Silver Star Protein Vanilla Active Protein
1/2 cup sweetener that measures like sugar (I used individual packages, about 12)
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat muffin tin with non-stick spray (or line with foil or silicone liners – no paper, it will stick).
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Fill muffin tins about 1/2 – 3/4 full (roughly 1/4 C.).
Bake 15-18 minutes, or when toothpick comes out clean.
