Guys….it’s #TasteBudTuesday!!! Now I’ll be honest, I was a little unsure about this recipe. It seemed way too easy to be this delicious! Well it’s true, it’s simple but sooo good.
Sticky Chocolate Protein Bars
4 Scoops Silver Star Nutrition WPI Chocolate
1 Cup natural peanut butter
3 Cups oatmeal (I ran out of oatmeal so I did 1.5 Cups of oatmeal, 1.5 cups of sliced almonds)
3 TBSP real maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Cup milk
Mix the protein powder and peanut butter together until it’s evenly dispersed. This will seem really dry but that’s ok! Then add the oats, maple syrup, vanilla and milk and stir. THIS WILL BE STICKY..in fact, it’s so sticky that I managed to get some in my hair. HOW? Anyways, form into balls, or squares, or triangles and freeze for 2 hours.
