Taste Bud Tuesday – Chili



In honor of it officially not being weird if it snows at any time outside…we thought it was time for some CHILI!

So for this recipe you are going to need…

1 lb Ground Turkey
1 15 oz can of Black Beans
1 15 oz Can of Corn
1 Small Sweet Onion (large if you don’t care who is around you)
4 cups of Sweet Potatoes
1 28 oz can of Tomatoes
2 tablespoons of Chili Powder
1/8 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Paprika
3/4 teaspoon of Pepper
2 teaspoons of Salt
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 teaspoons of Cumin
1 cup of Chicken Broth or Water
1 Scoop of Silver Star Nutrition Whey Protein

***Mix the protein with water or chicken broth prior to adding it to the other ingredients. Slowly add the mixture into the soup before it is boiling.
