This week we went with Black Bean Brownies!
15 Ounce Can Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
½ Cup Silver Star Nutrition Natural Protein
¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
¼ Cup Coconut Oil
¼ Cup Organic Cane Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Teaspoon of Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1. Preheat oven to 350,
2. Use Coconut Oil to Grease an 8×8 Baking Pan
3. Drain and Rinse Black Beans
4. Combine Black Beans, Natural, Cocoa Powder, Coconut Oil, Cane Sugar, Vanilla, Baking Powder and Salt in a Food Processor
Blend until completely smooth. Spoon mixture into the pan.
Bake for about 20 – 25 minutes or until just set in the center.
Let cool for an hour. To make the brownies set up a bit faster, place them in the refrigerator for a few hours.
