This week we went with Apple Cinnamon Refrigerator Oats!
For this we used:
½ Diced Apple
1 Teaspoon Chia
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
8 oz Almond Milk
½ Cup Oats
1 serving Silver Star Natural Protein
This is super easy! Just combine almond milk, cinnamon and Silver Star Natural Protein and mix well. Then add oats and the diced apple. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. When you’re ready to eat in the morning, heat and top with chia seeds!
