We love pancakes!
For this #TasteBudTuesday, because we love our home state of Wisconsin, we included cottage cheese!
The recipe is simple…
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup gluten free flour
½ cup Silver Star Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
If batter consistency is too thick, add a bit of water or almond milk. Mix in a blender and drop ¼ cup of batter onto a hot skillet. Watching carefully as they may burn quickly!
