This week we went with Protein Hummus for your snacks!
2 Cups Drained Well Cooked or Canned Chickpeas
1/4 Cup Silver Star Nutrition Natural Protein
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin or Paprika
Juice of 1 Lemon
Chopped Fresh Parsley Leaves for Garnish
Mix all ingredients except for parsley in a food processor, garnish with parsley if preferred,
chop up your favorite snacks and enjoy!
